Getting started: send a parent their child's monthly statement

Getting started · Updated 15 October 2026 · 2 min read

A statement lists every class in the month, its fee, and what's been paid. Parents can see exactly what they're paying for, and you don't have to write a reminder.

Already have an account? Open your dashboard and follow along. You can also tap Help (the ? at the top) and choose Show me: it points to each button as you go, on sample students if you haven't added your own yet.

1. Open the student

Go to Students and tap View profile on the student's card. You'll see their classes, payments and syllabus in one place.

2. Pick the month

The Statement shows this month. Use the arrows next to it to go back a month. It lists each class's date, topic and amount, with the total, what's paid and what's not paid yet.

3. Save it as a PDF and send it

Tap Print / save as PDF. On a phone, choose Save as PDF in the print screen, then share the file to the parent on WhatsApp or email. On a computer, print it or save it the same way.

4. When they pay

If the parent pays the whole month, tap Mark … as paid under the statement. Every class in it is marked paid at once, and the next statement starts clean.

Only classes that happened

A statement only charges for classes marked Done. Upcoming classes are shown but not added to the total, so a parent never pays for a class that hasn't happened. For more on keeping fees clear, see how to keep track of tuition fees.

Try it with sample students

Offsheet Classes keeps your schedule, payments and each student's syllabus on one screen, on your phone or computer. One payment, no monthly fee.
