Offsheet Classes is run by Offsheet.

If you ask for a quote

We keep what you type in the form (your name, email or WhatsApp number, how many students you have, and your message), when you sent it, and which link brought you here. We use it only to reply to you about a quote. It isn't shared, sold or added to a mailing list.

If you don't become a customer, we delete it within 12 months. Ask us at any time and we'll delete it within 14 days.

Visits to this page

To see which posts and links bring people here and which parts of the page get read, the page sends us anonymous visit records: that the page was opened, which buttons were tapped, how far down it was read and for how long, whether it was a phone or a computer, the link or website you came from, and the country, city and network name that Cloudflare estimates from the connection.

These records use no cookies, and we don't keep your IP address. Your browser keeps a random number so repeat visits can be grouped; it isn't linked to your name unless you send the quote form. If your browser asks sites not to track you (Do Not Track), nothing is sent.

If you go on to create an account, the link or website you came from is passed on to the sign-up page and kept with your account, so we can see which posts bring tutors. Nothing else from these visit records is linked to you.

Cloudflare Web Analytics also counts page visits and page speed for us, without cookies and without identifying you. Do Not Track and ?count=off don't apply to it.

Meta (Facebook and Instagram), only if you allow it

If this site asks "Can Meta measure this visit?" and you tap Allow, the page loads the Meta Pixel. It sets cookies and tells Meta that you visited, which pages you opened, and whether you tapped "Create your account" or sent the quote form. Meta may link that to your Facebook or Instagram account, under Meta's privacy policy. We use it only to see which of our posts and ads bring tutors here, and to show our ads to people likely to be tutors. We never send Meta what you type in the quote form.

If you tap No thanks, or don't answer, nothing is loaded from Meta. Your answer is kept in your browser; change it any time with Cookie choices at the bottom of the page. If the question never appears, the pixel isn't switched on.

Who else is involved

Cloudflare hosts this site and stores these records, possibly outside Sri Lanka, over encrypted connections. Meta, only if you allow it (above). No one else.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Sri Lanka's Personal Data Protection Act (No. 9 of 2022) applies.
