Getting started: mark a class done and paid, and see what you earned

Getting started · Updated 15 October 2026 · 2 min read

Your week fills itself in from each student's class times. After a class, you tell it two things: the class happened, and whether it's been paid. Everything else is worked out for you.

Already have an account? Open your dashboard and follow along. You can also tap Help (the ? at the top) and choose Show me: it points to each button as you go, on sample students if you haven't added your own yet.

1. Open the class

Go to Schedule and tap the class's card. Each class you teach is one card on your week.

2. Tap Done, then Paid

Tap Done once the class is over: that's what counts it as earned. If they've paid you, tap Paid too. Not paid yet? Leave it, and it shows as owed until they do. Then tap Save.

For a group class, tap Everyone came and Everyone paid, or mark each student on their own below.

3. Paid for a month at once?

On the student's card under Students, tap Record a payment and enter the amount. It covers their oldest unpaid classes first, and anything extra is kept for their next classes.

4. See what you earned

Open Earnings for what you earned, what's been paid and what's still to collect, for the week or the month. Tap any amount to see the classes behind it, and tap a class to correct it.

Class on a different day this week?

Open it on the Schedule and tap Move this class. Only that one class moves; their usual time stays.

Try it with sample students

Offsheet Classes keeps your schedule, payments and each student's syllabus on one screen, on your phone or computer. One payment, no monthly fee.
